These perfectly roasted garlic parmesan potatoes are made in the air fryer and turn out so great every time!
I am obsessed with my air fryer, like a lot of you, and use it almost every day. My favorite thing to air fry are wings, but these potatoes are a close second.
Flavorful, crispy and great as a side for dinner, breakfast or brunch. I love to serve them with my brown sugar ham steak for breakfast or dinner, along with some eggs.
This recipe is vegetarian and gluten free! I feel roasted potatoes turn out so much better in the air fryer than the oven, plus it's quicker too.
Each bite is slightly salty, garlicky, and crispy. The potato peel and parmesan make the outside of these potatoes crispy. The inside is soft and perfectly cooked. Each bite is so delicious.

Recipe tips:
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
- I recommend freshly grated parmesan cheese for better taste and melt.
- These can also be roasted in the oven. Prepare as instructed and bake on a sheet pan at 400 degrees F for at least 30 minutes, until crispy and fork tender.
- Air fryer cooking times may vary depending on the brand.
- Make sure your potatoes are cut into the same sized pieces for even cooking.
- These potatoes can be frozen. Place roasted potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer until completely frozen. Once frozen, transfer to a ziploc freezer bag. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
