If you love your chicken crispy and flavorful, then you'll want to try these Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks!
I'm so obsessed with chicken cooked in the air fryer. I rarely make it any other way because I love how crispy it turns out. And, it's so fast to make! Win, win.
The blend of seasonings in the recipe is wonderful. I love the touch of salty, garlic, onion and the flavors of the paprika, rosemary and black pepper. I always have tons of spices and seasonings on hand, so depending on my mood, I'll change it up and use something different.
These chicken legs are great for dinner any night of the week and kids absolutely love them. If I have any leftover, I use it to make some chicken salad for sandwiches.

Recipe tips:
- Wings or thighs can be used instead of drumsticks. The cooking time may need to be adjusted.

- Different air fryer brands may heat differently and drumstick sizes vary, so adjust the time or temperature accordingly and use a meat thermometer if you're unsure.
Air Fryer Chicken Legs
Ingredients
- 7-8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F for about 5 minutes.
- Pat dry the chicken drumsticks using paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Place in a large bowl.
- To the bowl with the chicken, add salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary and olive oil. Toss with a tongs to evenly coat chicken.
- Place the seasoned chicken drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
- Cook the drumsticks in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) to ensure they are fully cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
