A delicious and easy breakfast to start your day! Full of fruity goodness!
It's such a gorgeous Thursday evening here in central Minnesota! We spent some time at the pool today with friends and I can't wait to relax and watch some Hulu after this post! We've also been spending lot of time exploring our neighborhood these last few weeks! My daughter and I walk and ride bike almost every day and we are so fortunate to have the pool and park less than 4 blocks away! It makes summertime extra fun when there is so much to do, so close by.
Days like today are perfect for a fruity smoothie! Berries are everywhere right now and I love making smoothies with them. We just bought some amazing fresh strawberries from a farmer's stand. I would promise another new strawberry recipe, but I doubt there will be any left after we get ahold of them! There's nothing like strawberries fresh out of the field. I love this time of year!
This smoothie is very tasty and so good for you! It's sweet enough to where I didn't need to add any sugar and it's a great on the go breakfast. Along with the strawberries, I added banana and pineapple. This combo of fruit is so tropical, makes you wish you were sitting on a beach somewhere! I used regular milk, but almond milk would also be great.
