An easy hot sandwich that will satisfy any mushroom lover! Great for lunch or quick dinner!
I hope y'all had a fantastic weekend!! We went to dinner at Mongo's Grill with my Dad for Father's day yesterday. Have you ever been to a Mongolian grill before?? If you haven't, promise me you'll try one! I just love the selection of fresh veggies, seafood and sauces to add! You pile everything in your bowl, bring it to the grill and watch them cook it right in front of you! So fun, delicious and healthy! It was so nice spending some extra time with my Dad!
I'm all about everything sandwiches these days! We always stop at the deli at our local grocery store, pick up whatever deli lunch meat that's on sale for the week, and make sandwiches on those busy days when I don't have time to make dinner.
It's been years since I've made hoagies! I forgot how much I love the cheesy goodness when the sandwich comes out of the oven! This one is especially good... ham, bacon, mushrooms and provolone! Seriously, each bite is pretty much heaven! This is totally a gourmet sandwich you can make at home in less than 20 minutes!
