If you haven't already noticed, this blog is full of easy dinner recipes!
We absolutely love all fish and seafood at our house, and this tilapia recipe is always a favorite when I make it for dinner.
The fish gets all it's flavor from the parmesan cheese, parsley and seasonings and it goes great with almost any easy side.
Making this with an easy side makes dinner ready in less than 30 minutes! It's absolutely perfect for those busy weeknights, or even for a weekend meal.
I've made it a few times recently, and my boyfriend who isn't a fan of cheese even loved it. That's the best thing about parmesan cheese. It's not super stringy and melty like most typical cheeses, which makes it go perfectly with fish.
You can try making this with different herbs and seasonings depending on what you have on hand, or what you have a taste for. I especially love fresh parsley. It's bright and flavorful and adds a freshness to any recipe you use it in. It's defintely not just a garnish!
Make sure to add this to your menu plan! It's sure to be a new family favorite! Enjoy!

- Fresh parsley: This herb is not just a garnish! It has a robust, fresh flavor and is great in salads, sauces, marinades, soups and more! It has vitamin k which is needed for blood and bone health.
- Paprika: This ground spice is most commonly made from bell or sweet peppers. It can also be made from tomato peppers with the addition of chili pepper or cayenne pepper. It's the 4th most consumed spice in the world and it has vitamin a.
