If you're looking for an easy side dish for spring or summer, you have to give this roasted sheet pan lemon asparagus a try!
It's ready in 20 minutes, super easy to make and so tasty! Lemon and asparagus are such a great combo. This simple side dish doesn't require much more than salt and pepper for seasoning other than the lemon.
The asparagus spears are perfectly roasted and the flavors are so fresh and bright. You can add herbs or other flavors to this, but don't feel like you need to. Sometimes simple is best, and that's the case with this recipe.
We love serving this as a side when we grill, but it it really works for almost any meal, with any protein.

DeleteSheena - thanks for the recipe I'm going to try this on Sunday! I'm not sure if you have read this cookbook, http://survivorcookbook.org/ but it looked like one that might interest you. It is produced as a way to celebrate the families and traditions of those who were killed. Meri
ReplyDeleteI love asparagus too and this one looks easy and delicious. I have cooked asparagus with similar ingredients but wrapped in foil and grilled and it too turns out so good. I am definitely trying this soon. Thanks for sharing on Recipe Roundup.
ReplyDeleteI will have to try it on the grill! I love grilling foil packs! Enjoy!
