Recipe tips and substitution ideas:
- Have fun with the biscuit coatings! Try out other combos to fit your meals or whatever you are serving, like tacos or pizza. Coat in herbs, different cheeses, everything bagel seasoning, or cooked and crumbled bacon. Try adding ranch seasoning or buffalo sauce to the butter!
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days. These are best reheated in an air fryer.
- I recommend using freshly shredded cheese for best melt and flavor.

Savory Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 2 - 16 ounce cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- poppy seeds
- shredded cheddar cheese
- parmesan cheese with paprika mixed in
- sesame seeds
- sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters, roll in a ball, then set aside.
- In bowl, melt the butter in the microwave, then stir in garlic.
- Place the toppings: poppy seeds, shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, sesame seeds and sliced almonds in separate small bowls.
- Place biscuit balls into the butter, roll to coat. Then roll in one of the toppings, until coated. Place in a prepared bundt pan. Repeat until all biscuit balls are in the bundt pan.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove from oven and cover with aluminum foil. Then put back in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven, uncover and set aside to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Use a rubber spatula, run it along the edges of the pan to ensure nothing is sticking. Then, flip a plate upside down and place on the top of the bundt pan. Very carefully flip it over and remove the pan slowly.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
