Honey Garlic and Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2-3 tablespoons lime juice
- zest from one small lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, honey, lime juice, zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add shrimp. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
In a large skillet, lightly drizzle olive oil and heat over medium high.
When the skillet is hot, add shrimp and half of the marinade and cook until shrimp are pink, flipping once.
Remove from pan, drizzle with some of the pan sauce, and serve immediately.
