Coffee lovers, today's recipe is for you!
Fluff salads are such an old school midwest staple. I remember seeing them at potlucks and graduation parties through my whole childhood. They have always been a favorite of mine and I love experimenting and trying different flavors.
This Coffee Fluff is my absolute favorite, by far! The coffee, cream cheese and vanilla pudding are such a great flavor combo for the cream. The english toffee bits and the pecans add a much needed crunch. This fluff salad doesn't have a strong coffee flavor, but it's just enough to make each bite delicious.
You can serve this for the holidays or any special occasion. It makes a pretty big batch, and could serve more than 10 people if needed. Or, double the recipe and you can have some leftovers too! This coffee fluff is great made with this Cold Brew Coffee! Give it a try!
