Jello, such an old fashioned family favorite!
Today's super fun and cute recipe for Jello Roll Ups is only three simple ingredients and so good! This sweet treat is great for almost any occasion, including parties and holidays! Switch up the flavor Jello you use to match the color theme for your next get together.
These pinwheel roll ups are a blast to eat because they are sweet, colorful and fruity. It's a fun, finger food twist on plain Jello, that kids absolutely love. My girls liked unrolling them like a Fruit by the Foot, or you can just go all in and take a bite!
Serve with or if you like this, then you'll like these Strawberry Crunch Cookies or this Creamy Lime Jello Salad!

Jello Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 - 3 ounce box any flavor jello
- ½ cup boiling water
Instructions
- Spray an 8x8 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the jello powder in a medium mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
- Whisk lightly until dissolved or close to it.
- Add the marshmallows to the bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Remove and whisk again until there are no marshmallow lumps.
- Pour into the prepared pan and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
- Remove by gently pulling up one corner and slowly peeling it out of the pan.
- Roll into a tight tube like you would cinnamon rolls. Place back in the pan, seam side down and back in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
- Remove and slice into ½ inch pieces using a sharp knife. Do not saw back and forth, one cut, straight down.
- Refrigerate until serving and enjoy!
