Hello blog friends!!! My name is Shannon.... I am Sheena's older sister!
You all probably read Sheena's great news about her habitat house, and that means she is going to be mighty busy!!!
Although I am not nearly as faithful with my blogging as Sheena is, I do love it, so I offered to be a guest blogger on her blog while she goes through this super busy season with building, moving and getting settled into her new home!
Now onto a super easy, delicious, sweet salad that is perfect for those weekend family potlucks, or for the upcoming Labor Day weekend!
A few weeks back, my family and I went to my husband's brother and sister-in-law's house to grill, and my sister-in-law made this!!!
My family fell in love with it and we've made it several times already! Today I made it for Sheena and some other family members.
Of course they raved over it, so I knew I wanted to share it with you all! If you love strawberries, you are sure to love this recipe!!!
The creamy consistency is heavenly.... and you'll definitely find yourself going back for seconds (and thirds)!!
