In the time it takes to go through the drive-thru, you can make this tasty Pumpkin Spice Latte at home, and save a few bucks too! I know it means extra dishes, but trust me, you'll want to give this a try!
It tastes just like fall, is so warm and comforting and such a perfect way to start the day. The ingredients are simple and can be easily found in the fridge and pantry.
Make it fancy with whipped cream or cinnamon garnish, or keep it simple and drink as is. This is so easy to customize to your preference and you can find all those tips below.

What are the ingredients in this recipe?
- espresso
- whole milk
- pumpkin puree
- pumpkin spice
- ground cinnamon
- maple syrup
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon and/or whipped cream for garnish, optional

Recipe tips:
- If you prefer a sweeter latte, add another tablespoon of maple syrup.
- If you prefer more pumpkin flavor, add another tablespoon pumpkin. This will result in a thicker latte.

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 or 2 shots of espresso
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- cinnamon and/or whipped cream for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk to combine. Bring the mixture to boil and remove from heat.
- Carefully pour mixture into a blender and pulse until well combined (this will add frothy texture).
- Pour the mixture into a mug and enjoy warm.
- Optional: add some freshly whipped cream on top, garnish with ground cinnamon.
Notes
If you prefer a sweeter latte, add another tablespoon of maple syrup.
If you prefer more pumpkin flavor, add another tablespoon pumpkin. This will result in a thicker latte.
Use almond, oat or coconut milk for a vegan version.
