Today's Pink Milkshake is a sweet, strawberry delight that's perfect for celebrating Valentine's Day or even a Barbie themed party!
This creamy strawberry milkshake comes together in minutes and is a hit with everyone in our family. I often divide it into smaller portions to share with my girls, and it’s just the right amount for a fun treat.
We’ve also served this at a pink princess-themed birthday party and a Barbie-themed celebration when my oldest was younger. Simply double the recipe, serve in mini party glasses, and let everyone customize their milkshake with sprinkles and whipped cream for an extra special touch!
If you have fresh, freeze dried or frozen strawberries on hand, or even some strawberry jam, you can use those instead of food coloring to add some pink color. It won't be as vivid, but works well!
Celebrating with ice cream is something we love to do at our house! If you need some new ways to use ice cream, try my Ice Cream Fruit Roll Ups or Ice Cream Cake!

Recipe tips and substitution ideas:
- This recipe makes a large milkshake. You can use smaller cups for smaller servings if you're serving for a party.
- Use vanilla ice cream and fresh or frozen strawberries instead of strawberry ice cream.
- Try garnishing with crushed freeze dried strawberries instead of sprinkles!
- If you don't want to use food coloring, use fresh, frozen or freeze dried strawberries or some strawberry jam instead.
