This easy, no bake dessert salad is packed with delicious banana pieces, crunchy toffee bits and mini marshmallows! It's sweet, creamy and has such a light and fluffy texture. 

Fluff salads are always great for potlucks, picnics and other special occasions. Growing up in Minnesota, there were always a variety of fluff salads at every party or holiday. I've always been a big fan and have so many of my own fluff recipes here on the website!

Recipe tips and substitution ideas:


  • Be sure to serve the same day you make this recipe, otherwise the bananas will be brown and mushy.
  • Try any flavor instant pudding mix instead of vanilla. Cheesecake is delicious!
  • Freshly whipped cream (sweetened or not) can be used instead of whipped topping. The texture won't be the same, but it will taste great!

Banana Toffee Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 - 8 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup English toffee bits
  • 3 bananas, cut into bite sized pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to set.
  2. After 5 minutes, stir in the whipped topping, then fold in the marshmallows, toffee and bananas until combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
