Summer is pasta salad season in our family and we always have some for pretty much any occasion! Today's Crab Pasta Salad is always such a hit and super flavorful! The secret to this recipe is the seafood seasoning and the bacon. They both add so much flavor to each bite. I also love the freshness and flavor from the green onion, celery and parsley in this recipe.
This pasta salad is great for picnics or potlucks. We also love to serve it with lunch or dinner when we grill. It's also a great lunch idea for work. You can add some of your favorite fresh vegetables instead of the ones I used or experiment with different seasoning blends and herbs.

Recipe tips and substitution ideas:
- I recommend using real crab meat, since I'm not a fan of imitation. I steamed some crab legs I grabbed from Sam's Club, then cleaned the meat from the shells. Canned crab would also work.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
- If you make this salad ahead of time, it may need some additional sauce added before serving. I recommend making an extra 1/2 batch of sauce, then stir in just before serving.
