I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!! My younger sister and I visited my older sister in Mankato for the weekend, ate some great food including these Cowboy Mashed Potatoes, went to a swap meet, thrifting and relaxed! It was a great weekend! I love spending time with my sisters! We are crazy and silly and always have a blast!

Today's recipe is for this delicious Kiwi Lemonade! I'm well known for adding fruit to my beverages... wine, mixed drinks, lemon lime soda and lemonade! I love the texture and taste the fruit adds! I scored a whole bunch of fruit in my Bountiful Basket last time, including six kiwi, so I knew I had to make a drink with them. 

 This recipe is super easy when using store bought lemonade. It takes a few seconds to puree,  strain the fruit and mix it all together! It's delicious for picnics, BBQ's or sitting outside reading a book! Feel free to add some vodka or moscato for an adult beverage! Enjoy!

Kiwi Lemonade

Ingredients (2-3 glasses)
  • 4 kiwi
  • 4 cups lemonade
Instructions
Puree kiwi in a blender. Strain into a pitcher, and discard seeds. Mix in lemonade and serve!
