I love breakfast.
Most of the time I'm too lazy on the weekends to make a big home cooked breakfast. If you're lazy like me, then this is the perfect recipe for you!!
Slow Cooker Sausage and Mushroom Frittata!!
Prep the ingredients the night before, throw it in the slow cooker in the morning, go back to bed and viola.... 2 hours later breakfast is served!

It's so delicious and full of flavor! I can see making this recipe alot and the best thing, it's so easy to change up the ingredients making it different every time! Love!!

Slow Cooker Sausage Mushroom Frittata
Yield: 6 servings
Prep time: 15 MinCook time: 2 H & 15 MTotal time: 2 H & 30 M
Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
- 10 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- sliced green onions or chopped fresh parsley for topping
Instructions
- Add the browned sausage, mushrooms, and onions to the bottom of a 6 quart oval slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage, mushroom and onion.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours and 15 minutes, without opening lid during cooking time.
- Add the cheese, cover and let sit until cheese is melted. Top with green onions or parsley and serve!
