Most of the time, I have corn tortillas in my fridge, but tortilla chips? Not so much.

That’s where this quick and easy recipe comes in handy! Whether you're making salsa, taco salad, or nachos and need chips fast, these air fryer tortilla chips are ready in just 10 minutes.

They come out perfectly crispy, and the Tajín seasoning adds the perfect balance of spice, tartness, and salt. Thanks to a light coating of olive oil spray, the seasoning sticks beautifully, making every bite extra flavorful!

Recipe tips and substitution ideas:

  • Once cooled, store in an airtight bag or container for up to five days.
  • Substitute your favorite seasoning instead of Tajin.
  • Go sweet! Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top, after you remove the chips from the air fryer.

Air Fryer Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 30 yellow corn tortillas (5 inch)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tajin seasoning
  • olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 385 degrees F while you prep the tortillas.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut 5-10 tortillas at a time, into 6 triangles.
  3. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet, then spray lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle with Tijan seasoning.
  4. Place in a single layer in the air fryer for 2 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 2-3 minutes, just until done. Too long, and the ends will darken and crisp up too much.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and make your next batch.
