This delicious pasta salad is loaded with cucumbers, strawberries, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella! Perfect for any summertime meal, especially when grilling!

How many of you love caprese? I'm combining the amazing flavors of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil with cucumbers, strawberries and a Kraft Creamy Poppyseed and Kraft Mayo dressing for a new and delicious pasta salad! Thanks to Walmart and Kraft, I can find all of these items easily in one store and save some money by doing so!
Our backyard BBQ's usually include grilling shrimp, fish, chicken or burgers and this salad pairs perfectly with any of those proteins. The veggies and cheese can be chopped up while the pasta is cooking and within 15 minutes this side is on the table! It really couldn't be more easy and tasty!
I wasn't always good with the whole BBQ thing. In fact, the first time I cooked chicken on the grill it was a complete disaster! Myself and two friends who were also non grillers, ended up burning the chicken so badly, it was kind of like Christmas Vacation when they cut open the turkey except chicken leg quarter style. Yeah, that bad.
Now, grilling and cooking are a breeze and I can share all of my creations with you! I hope this recipe saves you time in the kitchen and hope these Kraft products at Walmart can simplify your grocery shopping trips! Enjoy!
