This sauce is ready in 15 minutes and tastes amazing! You'll never want to buy store bought sauce again!
Today's recipe is one of those that has you thinking... why haven't I ever made this before? It's so easy and it's something I can make if I need it. I've found myself without pizza sauce in the past when I've wanted to make garlic bread or homemade pizza .
These ingredients are always in my pantry, so within 15 minutes I have the sauce I need without running to the grocery store. Crushed tomatoes are always a staple since we love Italian based sauces. This sauce is more budget friendly than store bought sauce too, which I love! You can't beat the fantastic flavor either! Fresh garlic and Italian seasoning? You can't go wrong with that.
This pizza sauce also tastes great on top of pasta! My daughter is not a fan of pizza, so she usually has pasta instead. With this recipe, I have enough sauce for one pizza, then enough left to top her pasta too! It works great for the both of us when we have Italian night!
Do you make any homemade sauces to replace store bought? I'd love to hear your ideas!
