Back then, my pictures weren't the best, so this recipe was due for a much needed update.
Since rhubarb season is in full swing here in MN, I thought it would be a perfect time for a revamp!
My stepmom, Monica introduced this recipe to our family many years ago. It's sweet and tart and is perfect with some whipped cream or ice cream on top!

ReplyDeleteI love how easy dump cakes are, and this rhubarb one sounds awesome! We have a HUGE rhubarb plant and are always looking for new ways to use it :)
