An easy side or meatless main dish for any mushroom lover! Goes great with most anything including chicken, beef, pork, pasta or rice!
Ahhh, mushrooms! How I love this amazing food!
It's been awhile since I've posted a mushroom recipe here on the blog. I still love them more than ever, but no one else in my family does! They don't know what's good for them. 😉
The only time I cook them now is in a recipe like this where I can serve them on the side. Better for me though anyways, I get them all to myself! Yes, please!
Taking a look back through the years, I've posted some quite amazing recipes that use mushrooms!
Some of my favorites are: Creamy Mushroom Rice and Quinoa Soup, Pan Fried Chicken Tenderloins with Mushroom Gravy, Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms, Ham, Mushroom and Swiss Breakfast Sandwich, Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms or Hamburger and Mushroom Gravy
Click on the title of each recipe to stop by and check them out!
This recipe is so delicious, just like all of my favorites above!
The mushrooms are perfectly tender from roasting them in the oven, and the paprika garlic butter is just the right flavor to coat the mushrooms just before serving.
I love paprika and I feel like we don't use it enough at our house!
As you can see, there are some wonderful slices of garlic in this recipe! If those size pieces of garlic are overwhelming for you, you can always mince them into smaller pieces. I love garlic, so was just right for me!
I hope these mushrooms become a new favorite for your family and satisfy all your mushroom cravings!
They tasted great and I can't wait to make them again for myself!
I know I can't change my boyfriend into a mushroom lover, but there's still hope for me to convert my 10 year old daughter! Haha!
I hope everyone has a fabulous week! See you next Sunday!

Hi Sheena, this would be a great addition to the mushroom theme over at Food on Friday (which is on right now). Each month there are 3 different themes plus a Potluck – so you should always be able to share something. If you would like to join in the fun on a regular basis please schedule a reminder for the second Friday of each month (NZ time). Cheers from Carole's Chatter
