A delicious seafood restaurant option located in the Inner Harbor area! Great service and amazing quality seafood options! A must try in the Baltimore, Maryland area if you're traveling!
Okay ladies and gents... I'm SOOOO excited for this post!
I visited the east coast for the first time EVER last month and ate ALL the delicious seafood. This is the food I've been dreaming of my whole life. Fresh and fantastic, which you defintely can't find much of in MN!
After landing at the Baltimore airport and getting the rental car, we were on the search for a seafood restaurant to try. What's really awesome, I traveled with a couple friends on this trip and one of them is from DC and has tons of friends for some great recommendations!
Mo's Seafood was mentioned a few times from people he asked, so we headed over there right away. Mo's is located in/near the Little Italy neighborhood in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. Such a convenient location and we found parking right away.
We were seated as soon as we arrived and our waitress was funny, informative and quite entertaining!
Between the three of us, we had a wide variety of food on our seafood platters!
The first plate was a combo of shrimp, scallops, jumbo lump crab cake, oysters rockefeller and broiled fish!
The second plate also had a Mo's Famous Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and crab legs, softshell crab and crab au gratin!
Next up was my fabulous plate!! Shrimp, scallops and the jumbo lump crab cake. OMG I can't even tell you how amazing this whole meal was!
I've NEVER had scallops and shrimp that have been this tender and delicious before and the crab cake was one of the best I've ever had.
Crab cakes in MN are usually more filler than crab, but this one was the exact opposite! I seriously need more of this in my life! ASAP!
I also ordered a side of the rice and gravy. The gravy was just okay, but let's be real. You don't really come to a seafood place for their rice and I was super full after eating everything else, I didn't really need the rice anyways!
I would defintely recommend visiting Mo's the next time you're in the area! It's not the fanciest place around, but the quality of the food is fantastic and the service was on point!
