Spice Rubbed Roasted Pork Loin
Yield: 4-6 servings
Prep time: 10 MinCook time: 1 HourTotal time: 1 H & 10 M
Ingredients
- 3 pound pork loin roast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions
- Remove pork loin roast from the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
- Mix seasonings together in a small bowl and massage into the pork loin roast.
- Add pork loin to a baking dish with the fat cap facing up.
- Cook the pork loin until it reaches a temperature of 145 F degrees, about 60 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the pork to a clean cutting board and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the pork loin crossways into ¾ to 1 inch slices and serve with a drizzle of the pan drippings.
