Earlier this month, I shared a wonderful Pumpkin Poke Cake recipe, and now it's time for something apple!

Dessert or breakfast doesn't get much easier than these Caramel Apple Pie Croissants!

We love serving them for Sunday brunch, a quick weekday breakfast or even as a special treat for Thanksgiving.

The apple pie filling goes perfectly with the buttery crescent rolls and the caramel syrup just takes them over the top.

We also love using peach pie filling and a simple icing to change things up from time to time.
