Ham has always been a favorite of mine! Today's slow cooker ham recipe is great for the holidays, Sunday brunch, Sunday dinner or make and use later for other recipes.
This brown sugar and pineapple ham is sweet, savory and so delicious. It's juicy from being slow cooked and practically falls off the bone. It's an Easter favorite, but we also serve it at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The leftovers make great sandwiches, especially with Hawaiian rolls. We also use the leftovers in casseroles, soups, salads and more. If you're looking for the perfect comfort food side to serve with this ham, give this Squash Casserole a try!
I hope you enjoy this easy, three ingredient recipe as much as we did!
