Fall is the absolute perfect time to start making and serving this Caramel Apple Fluff! It's sweet, crunchy and so addicting!
I love the fresh flavor from the Granny Smith apples. The little bit of tartness they provide helps offset the sweetness from the pudding, marshmallows and whipped topping. The peanuts and apples both add that crunch that's much needed.
Everything comes together so well and each bite is so heavenly! This recipe is great for the holidays. Growing up in Minnesota, there was always some kind of fluff salad on the menu for the holidays or potlucks. It's always been a staple and it's almost a comfort food for me.
We went to a local apple orchard a couple days ago, and I'm so excited to make this again with freshly picked apples! I think I'll add some cinnamon this time too.
