If you love soft cookies and sprinkles, this recipe is for you!
These Funfetti Cream Cheese Cookies are super easy to make and everyone loves them. The dough is made from white cake mix and a few other simple ingredients.
We added Christmas sprinkles to our batch, but you can add any color sprinkles for any holiday, party or celebration. If you love frosting as much as I do, add some on top for the absolute perfect cookie!
This batch of cookie dough makes about 30 cookies, so you might have some extra to gift to family or friends, or even bring them to a cookie exchange. They're also good for the lunch box, a sweet treat with coffee or tea and for dessert.
Each cookie is perfectly soft and has just a touch of vanilla flavor. The little crunchiness from the sprinkles adds a perfect texture. We had no problem eating them all and have even made another batch since then.
