This easy to make Cranberry Mojito is so refreshing and perfect for the holidays! It uses brown sugar instead of simple syrup, which pairs great with the cranberry.

Fresh mint has been a favorite since childhood. My grandma always had mint plants growing in her flower beds outside her back door. I always had to pick a leaf from the plant and chew on it for awhile. Fresh mint always brings back so many great memories of my childhood at my grandma and grandpa's house.
My sister, Shantel makes the BEST mojitos! She got me hooked on them years ago and they've been a favorite since then.
This cranberry mojito has all the flavors of the holidays. It's perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any fall occasion. It has a great combo of sweet and tart, plus the freshness of the mint. The club soda adds a touch of bubbly, which brings it all together.
I love how you can add pretty much any fruit or juice to a mojito and they still taste great. Blackberry happens to be my favorite, but I can always go for a traditional mojito as well.
