If you've never had or made agua fresca before, you've been missing out! This authentic Mexican fruit drink is a summertime favorite that will quench your thirst.
It's ready in 5 minutes, only 3 ingredients, super refreshing and delicious. Add a garnish or two to jazz up the glasses when serving.
This drink is perfect for any outdoor event. You can make so many different flavors and it's non-alcoholic and kid friendly, which is great. Another flavor we love is this Cucumber Mint Agua Fresca! It's even more refreshing than strawberry.
I also love when making this homemade, it's all natural and so much better for you than store bought juice. It is slightly sweetened, but you can always adjust the sugar according to your taste, or according to the sweetness in the fruit you use.
Take advantage of the in season fruits at your farmer's market for the best flavor in your homemade agua fresca. Plus, because you're blending the fruit and water, you get all the fiber and goodness from your fruit. In store bought juice, it's all filtered out.

Recipe tips:
- You can drink this beverage immediately, but it’s best when allowed to chill in the fridge. The flavors really come together that way. This can be stored for up to three days in an airtight container. Stir before serving.
- Having a solid and powerful blender makes this recipe the best it can be! A better blend makes for a smoother drink!
