- handheld milk frother
- small whisk
- can shaped drinking glasses
One of my favorite spring and summer activities is sitting on my porch, reading a book and sipping on a homemade soda.
I normally make homemade Italian soda or French soda, but after seeing this idea on Tik Tok, I knew I'd have to give it a try! This soda is addicting and delicious! I love the little bits of jam throughout the drink. Almost reminds me of mini boba.
This soda is super easy to make and great for ladies night, especially if you add your favorite alcohol. It's kid friendly too and great to serve at a BBQ on a hot summer day.
Homemade soda is the best! Skip the jam and try this Rhubarb Syrup instead!

You can add or substitute with these ingredients:
- use any flavor seedless jam or jelly
- use unflavored sparkling water instead of club soda
- garnish with fresh fruit slices instead of herbs
- add your favorite alcohol
Recipe tips:
- If you want a sweeter drink, simply add more jam until the desired flavor level has been reached.
- I don't recommend making these in advance. The club soda will go flat and the drink will not taste the same.
Strawberry Jam Soda
Ingredients
- 7 ounces club soda
- 1 heaping tablespoon seedless strawberry jam
- ice
- fresh mint or basil, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Place about 4 ounces of club soda in your glass, followed by the jam.
- Whisk the mixture until the jam has broken up into small chunks instead of one big one. This should only take about 30 seconds.
- Now, use a milk frother and mix until there are only little bits of the jam left.
- Fill the cup with ice, leaving enough room for the rest of the club soda.
- Add the rest of the club soda to top it off. Garnish with fresh mint or basil and serve immediately.
