We're big on mocktails and non alcoholic drinks at my house! I love being able to serve something everyone can drink, especially since there's usually kids around or people who don't drink alcohol.

This Pina Colada Punch is great for summer! It's super refreshing and kids love it. It's only three ingredients, plus the garnish, and can be made in 10 minutes! It's not too sweet with the club soda mixed in and it has the perfect amount of coconut and pineapple flavor.

If you do have some who'd prefer it with alcohol, set a bottle on the side for a self pour, or use sparkling wine or champagne instead of the club soda!

Recipe tips and substitution ideas:

  • This is also great with orange juice instead of pineapple juice. A pineapple juice blend would also be tasty!
  • The pineapple and coconut combo can be made ahead and refrigerated. Add the club soda or seltzer water just before serving.
  • This Ninja Blender works great for this or any other drink recipe.
