Rumchata Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 ounces Rumchata
- whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, stir together cocoa powder, sugar, chocolate chips, and milk.
- Heat, until steamy and chocolate chips have melted, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and stir in Rumchata.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
